Requirements :

Age 20-30 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): english, chinese
Familiar with the operation and management of service centers
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.

Job Task & Responsibility :

Responsible for the overall planning and layout of the service outlets,after-sales points,personnel,equipment planning and implementation
Responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of service operations and service levels to enhance the quality control and assessment to the agency after-sales service to provide support and guidance,systematically improve the basic management capabilities
