    Responsible for a maximum of occupancy in order to optimize general business opportunities, creates lucrative sales targets and networks business relations, observe the market, identity trend and monitor the main competitors, creates sales targets, control of expenses. Training and supervising team, work closely with GM to determine appropriate Sales strategies.
     
    REQUIREMENT :
     

    Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Sales & Marketing
    Minimum 3 years post graduate work experience OR 5 years Sales & Marketing in Hotel Industry experience
    Strong Revenue Management experience
    Excellent communications skills
    Written & oral proficiency in English and any  languages (if applicable)
    Presentation skills.
    Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.
    Demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
    Great personality and positive attitude
    Be able to work at Bali

     
    SALES MANAGER

    Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality or business
    At Least 2 years of working experience as Sales Manager in hotel industry
    An excellent network of contacts
    Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
    Excellent written and Oral communication in English
    Strong Knowledge of MICE and Asia Market is essential
    A proven track record of helping increase revenue and build brand awareness and loyalty
    Able to work independently and working as a team player
    Good Leadership, Strong organizational and communicational skills
    Be able to work at BALI
