Specific Skills and Experience
Fresh Graduates or maximum 1 year experience in administration.
Good communication skills
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Like to work long with data processing
Supports administration related to selection process arrangement and data base.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist recruitment team in selection process: Helps the recruiter to grouping the clerical level applications based on the region, contacts the candidates and sets schedules related to selection process: for interview, profiling/psychological test, skill test and agreement letter with HR.
Does data entry in system related to recruitment data base.
Files the document based on the expected standards: Division arrangement, alphabetical arrangement
Follows up the financial documentation in Recruitment Department with Finance and Indirect Procurement.
