Create master schedule, base on Design for Interior Fit Out Project. Manage and resolve the interior project related issues onsite and off sites;
Ensure all work are carried out to specific requirements of the client and/or design director. Assist & reporting in completing the interior project according to schedule and timeline ;
Deliver Interior Project Management process from planning, executing, monitoring in line with Quality and Safety standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of the execution;
Manage team and make sure the good governance interior project management to assure it meets the standard;
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of interior projects. Authorize materials submittals and methods of work, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
Responsible for creating design concepts & prepare 3D & details drawings also perform design related duties as and when assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from art or design or any relevant academic background;
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent;
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (will be an advantage);
Minimal (sekurang-kurangnya) 10 years experiences in INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILD/ INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT (2 years or more experience in property company will be an advantage);
Excellent knowledge of suppliers both locally and internationally, able to manage and strategize site project – people, design, and also financial budget;
Responsible, initiative, proactive in resolving technical & coordination’s issues
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Results driven, ambitious, and self-motivated;
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
