Control for implementation HR-GA policy and procedures
Effective manpower planning and timely recruitment staff and above
Process, evaluate, and propose to employee performance appraisal, annually, or end of probation/contract
Investigating and resolving workplace issues
Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends
Responsible for the task related with employee relation, including compensation and benefit, employee welfare, policy socialization, etc
Responsible and supervise general affair operational tasks
Maximal age is 45 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): human relations, psychological interviewing, psychological profiling, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, Employee Relations.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
